Ours is a problem of mindset plus worldview: meaning the way a kommunity sees itself, plus the way it sees the world. That determines what the kommunity (or the human) does to stand still, move forward or move backward.
For more than a century, our kommunities have been forced to look, pick, choose and point in different directions. The result is that citizens, even from the same family, now have divergent worldviews and, obviously, different mindsets.
Divide and rule is a theory that actually works, on humans as well as in solving complex problems.
Our kommunities obviously have problems: complex problems. Solving them is WORK. Hard WORK.
Example: how and where do you start "debriefing" a whole kommunity of people after a century of untold trauma? And that's just the start of the beginning.
