TRIBALISM? Don't get distracted by the ~ism. "Tribalism" is EVERYWHERE, even in the West.
Here is the REAL ISSUE: COMPETENCE.
As long as a human is COMPETENT, "tribalism" (as it is known) becomes a DISTRACTION from COMPETENCE. If a human is really competent and has the opportunity to SHOW that COMPETENCE, what in the world can hold them back?
Without COMPETENCE, the whole "game" is turned on its head, and all kinds of squirms come out of the woodwork. That is the situation.
